Choose one of two tracks:  WIDE ANGLE: a 1 year deep study of selected topics from the Old and New Testaments\, church history and Christian ethics. OR CLASSIC: a comprehensive and deep study giving a full year to each area. Participants commit to one year at a time. \nIn addition to Bible study\, we practice theological reflection in small groups to bring our sacred texts into conversation with Christian tradition\, our personal experience\, personal belief and culture.  Trained mentors facilitate small group discussions and guide participants to examine life through an increasingly informed and inspired theological lens. \nThe Albany area seminar is sponsored by St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church\, and all faithful people are welcome.  We meet at St. Andrews until the snow starts\, then meet on Zoom until March\, when we return on-site. Choose one of two tracks:  WIDE ANGLE: a 1 year deep study of selected topics from the Old and New Testaments\, church history and Christian ethics. OR CLASSIC: a comprehensive and deep study giving a full year to each area. Participants commit to one year at a time. \nIn addition to Bible study\, we practice theological reflection in small groups to bring our sacred texts into conversation with Christian tradition\, our personal experience\, personal belief and culture.  Trained mentors facilitate small group discussions and guide participants to examine life through an increasingly informed and inspired theological lens. \nThe Albany area seminar is sponsored by St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church\, and all faithful people are welcome.  We meet at St. Andrews until the snow starts\, then meet on Zoom until March\, when we return on-site. The seminar meets weekly September – June\, with holiday breaks. \nEfM seminar starts September 28. We will accept new members into the group through Oct. 6. \nCurious?
